- 2 cups Fresh cranberries
- 2 tbsp Lemon zest
- 3 tbsp Raspberry Dark Balsamic
- 1 cup White sugar
- ¼ cup Kirsch or water
- Bring all ingredients to a simmer in a saucepan and cook for 10 minutes, until berries begin to pop open and sauce reduces.
- Pour into airtight container and cool for 20 minutes before serving.
