Cran-Raspberry Sauce

Cran-Raspberry Sauce

Not just for turkey sandwiches and holiday meals, let's think ice cream topper, morning bagel with cream cheese, a sauce chicken or pork - this cranberry sauce is yummy! Please don't save it for just Christmas - cranberries should be loved on and celebrated year round!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Fresh cranberries
  • 2 tbsp Lemon zest
  • 3 tbsp Raspberry Dark Balsamic
  • 1 cup White sugar
  • ¼ cup Kirsch or water

Instructions
 

  • Bring all ingredients to a simmer in a saucepan and cook for 10 minutes, until berries begin to pop open and sauce reduces.
  • Pour into airtight container and cool for 20 minutes before serving.
